Show 3FA(wl FQ Three new Ea8e Scouts are. I to r. Chad George, LmiLl Steve Bernards and John Stubbs. was a Deseret Industries drive to collect any usable item for them. Special tributes honoring the scouting program and the worthy milestone of Eagle rank were presented. Talks by one member of each boys fami ly as well as their fine leaders were given. APPRECIATION was expressed ex-pressed for two special Primary Prim-ary Blazer scouts leaders w ho launced these boys and others like them to successfully complete com-plete the program. Troup 291 of Bountiful 16th Ward, Bountiful Heights Stake held an Eagle Scout Court of Honor May 31. The three young men honored represented rep-resented three local schools all within the boundaries of the one ward. JOHN STL'BBS, son of Byron and Marjean Slubbs attended Bountiful Jr. High. He has 28 completed merit badges. His service project was conducting the "Penny's by the Inch" drive for the Primary Children's Medical Center amounting to approximately approxi-mately $400. donated from his area. Chad George, son of Frank and Carol George, attended Bountiful High. He has completed com-pleted 25 merit badges and his service project was collecting good used toys which were donated to a worthy cause. STEVEN BERNARDS, son of J.D. and Louise Bernards, attended Viewmont High. He has completed 30 merit badges. His service project |
