Show iN THE POLICE COURT Mondays Round of Ordinance Breakers On Monday at the Police Court the following iufractors of the city ordinances or-dinances were before his honor Judge Pyper Edward Miller John Davis John Smith John Hagan and Thomas Aver son who had been arrested for drunkenness drunken-ness plead guilty and were fined in the usual amounts A soldier named Inniel McMahon plead guilty to the charge of exposing his person and was turned over to the military authorities Daniel Hauilly arrested for combining combin-ing profanity with his drunk lelt 10 for his appearance but forfeited the amount by not showing up Thomas Peters interfered with the officers in making an arrest and left 10 for his appearance which he forfeited for-feited James Crawford for being drunk and firing offhia pislol within the city limits on Saturday night was brought before his honor in the afternoon and from the testimony it was shown that he was drunk and that he fired his pistol though he claimed he did so accidentally ac-cidentally He was from Bingham and was so full that he was hardly responsible responsi-ble ior what hi did When arrested he said he was after a man who broke his jaw in Biugharn He was fined 5 for bein drunk and 10 for shooting within tbe city limits In consequence of the absence of Mr C 0 Whittemore who is to defend Charles Wilson and Dutch Mollie in the case against them tor robbing the little Chinaman Charley Tout the trial wan put off again until this afternoon at oclock |
