His topic will be "Small Business Busi-ness America's Giant." He was born in Pontiac, Mich, and received his BS at the University Univer-sity of Denver. He served in World War II as a navy pilot. For seven years he was regional re-gional service manager with Honeywell, Inc., and served as president of Statitrol Corp. for 13 years. For 11 years he served as manufacturers representative rep-resentative for Pearsall Co. Since 1978 he has been president presi-dent of Small Business Development De-velopment Corp. MR. PEARSALL is a member mem-ber of the board of directors for seven companies in the Denver De-nver area. Among his many awards are the National Small Businessperson of the Year, 1976; Colorado Small Businessperson of the Year, 1976; Outstanding Citizen Award, Mile High Sertoma Club, 1978; Fire Protection Man of the Year National Society of Fire Protection Engineers, En-gineers, 1980. In June, 1980, he was elected as president of the Mountain States Association. This organization serves the eight mountain states of Arizona, Arizo-na, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Monta-na, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming and Utah. The primary prim-ary interest of the MSA is to serve as an advocacy organization organiza-tion for small business. |
