Show S Sudden Defftii 8 II On Monday afternoon an old lady lamed Mrs Rasperson was found dead in her home in the Eleventh Ward This old lady was in the habit of going out to wash and was preparing to go on Monday morning morn-ing when last seen About half past 4 oclock in the afternoon some person found her lying on an old fashioned lounge dead There were no evidences of violence and no Teason to believe that any violence would be attempted but it was quite evident that she had suffered a great deal Her face was downward down-ward and one arm stretched over the side of the lounge and one limb hung over the back of the lounge Persons were notified of the occurrence occur-rence on Monday night but 110 individuals in-dividuals having authority to take proper action in such a case put in an appearance and the body remained re-mained all night The old lady was a widow and had two sons both of whom were away at the time The cause of the sudden death is believed be-lieved to be dropsy as she was subject sub-ject to that complaint |
