Show The R bbery Case The highway robbery case against Andrew Lancaster and J M Robinson Robin-son occupied the attention of the justices court all day Thursday The complainant Leo Grow testified testi-fied to the effect that on Monday last about 10 30 oclock p m while passing along the west side of the Temple Block he was accosted by two men One of them said good evening and covering Mr Grow with a revolver requLJted him to throw up his hands and they went through his pockets robbing him of 119 currency He saw the faces of his assailants but did not recognize them at the time The defendants partially answered the description given and the subsequent conduct of Lancaster aroused the suspicions of Mr Grow which led to the arrest ar-rest Other evidence was introduced intro-duced occupying all day The defendants de-fendants placed quite a number of witnesses on the stand establishing an excellent alibi and they were discharged i |
