Show Railroaders Kicking Kansas City 11A conference was held to day by railway officials of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe and the Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific roads to consider the recent decision of the railway commissioners com-missioners of Kansas The effect of the Beloit decision in the case against the Central branch road is to reduce the revenues of that road about twenty percent per-cent and establishes a precedent prece-dent for future cases affecting other roads After the consultation today a committee was appointee to visit other committees and urge them to a decision in order to open the matter for furtlier hearing The committee appointed consists of Lieut Governor Brown solicitor of the Gould system Colonel Lamed Lawrence Ks and Wallace Pratt Kansas city The Union Pacific party leaves tomorrow morning on an annual inspection of its lines going first to Denver |
