Show BOUNTIFUL Police officers here should soon be having better communications with their fellow officers and dispatches. THE PROBLEM doesn't lie in lack of communications well, in a sense anyway. It's lack of communications be cause of lack of facilities to communicate. So Police Chief Larry Higgns told the Bountiful City Council that he would use the proceeds from the sale of his department's 27 remote teleprinters tele-printers to buy a dozen walkie-talkie walkie-talkie radios and accessories at a cost of $16,574.
