THEY HAVE chosen Feb. 20, 1982 as their wedding day and rites will be performed in church rites in Bountiful with a reception that evening. Conn is a graduate of Davis High and is employed as a roofer for Bartile. Theresa is a graduate of Judge Memorial and is a cake decorater at Dick's Market.
