NOTICE TO WATER USERS West Bountiful City Corporation, Cor-poration, 550 North 800 West, West Bountiful, Utah 84087, has filed with the State Engineer En-gineer Appl. No. 48288 (31-4413) to appropriate 3.0 sec. ft. of water in Davis County. The water is to be diverted from a 20-inch well, 100-500 ft. deep at a point S. 1655 ft. and E. 5 ft. from N4 Cor. Sec. 24, T2N, R1W SLB&M (in W. Bountiful); and used for municipal purposes pur-poses within the city limits of West Bountiful. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 25, 1977.
