Show Burns DUP Will Meet May Cooper Burns Camp met on May 11, 1977 at the home of Alice Clark. Captain Marguerite Jensen conducted the meeting, which commenced com-menced at 7:30 p.m. SALUTE TO the flag was made and the opening prayer was given by Chaplain Ruby Irving. Roll call was made and minutes read by secretary LaVera Bone. Minutes were approved as read. There were fifteen members present. "THE Daughters of the Utah Pioneers" and "Country in the West" songs were conducted con-ducted by Carol Reed. Captain Jensen announced an old-fashioned train ride to Saltair .Salt Plant sponsored by the Promontory Historical Society on Satur-' day, May 21, leaving the depot at 1 p.m. THE RIDE will take about one and one-half hours. Proceeds will be used to restore re-store old equipment. The lesson on historical munuments was given by LaRee Whitmer. THE MEETING adjourned and delicious refreshments were served.
