The study will be performed per-formed for the Federal Insurance In-surance Administration by Gingery Associates, Inc., 2840 South Vallejo Street, Englewood, Colorado 80110. The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the flood hazard areas in the community which are developed or which are likely to be developed and (o determine deter-mine flood elevations for those areas. Flood elevations will be used by the community com-munity to carry out the flood-plain flood-plain management objectives of the National Flood Insurance In-surance Program. They will also be used as the basis for determining the appropriate flood insurance premium rates applicable for new buildings and their contents, as well as determining the rates to be used for the second layer of insurance on existing buildings and contents. This announcement is intended in-tended to notify all interested persons of the commencement com-mencement of this study so that they may have an opportunity oppor-tunity to bring any relevant facts and technical data concerning con-cerning local flood hazards to the attention of the Federal Insurance Administration for consideration in the course of this study.
