Show Pollen Chart Useful Eight or nine million Americans suffer each spring, summer and fall because of pollen in the air. Hay fever is the common offender, of-fender, but some suffer asth- ma or respiratory troubles; at the peak pollen season many become seriously ill. WHAT MIGHT prove helpful help-ful to many is a pollen count chart, showing the average pollen level at various cities throughout the country. Such a chart is available free at the offices of many allergy doctors. doc-tors. It may be advisable for some to change the location of their home. One moving from a city with pollen count of 50 to one with a count of four or five often finds instant relief. OF COURSE, there are inoculations with serums made individually for each patient after allergy tests, and also antihistamines. If these do not work, the chart will indicate where one should live, to be comfortable. |
