Show Funeral Friday in Orem for Linn Bertelsen Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Sund-berg-oipin Mortuary in Orem 495 South State, for Linn Bertelsen, Ber-telsen, 73, Orem, a former resident res-ident of this city who died November No-vember 18, 1969 of emphysema in the Payson Hospital. Friends may call at the mortuary mor-tuary tonight from 7 to 9 and Friday prior to the time of the services. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery. Cem-etery. He was born May 10, 1896 in Coyote, Garfield County, a son of John H. and Lydia Rosella King Bertelsen. He married Minnie Crawford Queenen on March 17, 1930 in California and they were later divorced He married Sylvia Dalton on January 10, 1945. A welder by occupation, Mr Bertlesen had worked for National Na-tional Supply in Torrance, California, Cal-ifornia, for 25 years. He was a veteran of World War I. He received his early schooling school-ing in Marysville and the family fam-ily moved to Springville in 1918. Since that time he has lived in California, Provo and Orem. His hobbies were hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wido-v, Orem; one son, Linn John Bertelsen, Ber-telsen, Torrance, California; one grandchild and one brother, Lave Bertelsen, Springville. Yellowstone was the first national na-tional park in the world. |
