Lunch-tim- e being held throughout the week as students at Cyprus high prepare for tomorrow events Homecoming (Friday). The five mile Homecoming run start at 4:30 p.m. at the auto mechanics shop. Registration fees are $5 with shirt and $3 without. Prizes will be awarded. The annual parade begins at 5 o'clock on Magnas main street and will include floats, the band, Spinnakers, dance club, cheerleaders and other student groups. The band and the Spinnakers will also perform at half-tim- e during a 7:30 football game against Granite. Headwind will provide music for a dance, which will run from 9 to 1 1 : 30 in the school gym. Finalists for Homecoming queen are Lisa Canfield, Heather Case, Tawnya Holdaway, Dawnee John will Included is a bed race to be held on the track. Teams of students will form relays to compete in running to and making up a bed. An assembly for students and alumni will be held at 11:30 tomorrow morning. Homecoming royalty will be introduced and alumni will perform, among them Vickie Neilson Christison who will present a dance number. Bob Jones, Cyprus teacher of the year, will also be introduced.
