Show MARRIAGES Hugh L. Johnson of Monterey, Cal., and Miss Bessie Everett of St. George were married July 3 at Salinas, Cal. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Everett. The bridegroom bride-groom was formerly connected with the Nevada Contracting Co., at Zion Park, but is now employed in California. Cali-fornia. They will make their home at Monterey. Cecil Haycock and Miss Marie Cannon were married at Parowan on June 3. The bridegroom' is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wwi. Haycock and the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Woodruff Cannon. The young couple left last Friday for Tropic where Mr. Haycock has employment. employ-ment. " Raymond DeMill and Miss Fern Ruesch of Hurricane were married in that town July 8, the ceremony being performed by Lafayette Hall. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver DeMill and the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W(m. Ruesch, Sr. Edward T. Halkyard of San Francisco Fran-cisco and Fern Mason of Aurora, Au-rora, Utah, were married July 5 by Bishop Karl N. Snow. Samuel M. Fowler and Miss Clara Cope of Salida, Colo., were married here July 3 by Bishop Karl N. Snow. LaCone Hemenway, son of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Hemenway of St. George, and Miss DaVere Pearson of Eureka were married in Salt Lake City on June 28. Waldon Isom of Hurricane and Miss Vera Green of Parowan were united in marriage at the home of the bride's parents last Wednesday. Bishop Hugh L. Adams officiated. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James S. Green. |
