Show j Washington Caddie Neilson Lydia Stephens Reporters ! Mr. and Mrs. Smith Hannig, Mr. and Mrs. George Thayne and daughter, Mamie, left Friday for a 10-day visit with relatives in Los Angeles. Mrs. Willard Neilson was hostess hos-tess to the I.O.M. club Thursday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Tobler have returned to Loa, Utah, after visiting here a few days with relatives. rela-tives. Mrs. L. E. Irvine of Long Beach, Calif., is spending a few weeks here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. EIRoy Pectol. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Averett were week end visitors here from Fairview. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jankele left Monday to spend a few days at Las Vegas. Reed Iverson returned home on Friday from a business trip through northern Utah and Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Nisson, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Petty of St. George, were visitors at the Grand Canyon Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Archie Tobler, Mrs. Barbara Zahner and daughter, daugh-ter, Neola, and Bp. Wallace Iverson Iver-son left Saturday for Salt Lake City to attend a part of the general conference. Sarah Ann Chidster left Monday Mon-day for her home in Salt Lake City after spending several months here with relatives. Lewis Jolley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jolley of Los Angeles, called on his grandparents, grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Neil-son, Neil-son, last week. He was enroute to Salt Lake City where he will enter the Mission home before leaving for the mission field. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Jolley entertained the Pinochle club on Saturday night. Miss Doris Tobler spent the week end here from Cedar City. Israel Neilson left for Salt Lake City Monday on business and will remain for the U.E.A. convention. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Wittwer and daughter, Bonnie Ruth, were Sunday visitors at the home of Mrs. Ellen Westover, who returned return-ed to their home at Beaver with them. Mrs. J. L. Ott of Salt Lake City arrived Tuesday to attend the funeral of her , father, E. M. , Iverson. |
