Show Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Sorenson Honored At Wedding lieception Following Marriage The L. D. S. Institute building furnished an attractive setting last Saturday evening for the wedding reception honoring Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Sorenson, who were united in marriage earlier in the day at the St. George Temple, Pres. Harold S. Snow officiating. Mrs. Sorenson was the former Velva Atkin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Atkin of this city and the groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. David Sorenson of Order-ville. Order-ville. For the reception the bride wore her wedding dress, an old-fashioned old-fashioned model in white illusion, and carried a muff of white chrysanthemums. chrys-anthemums. Attending her as bridesmaids we're her sister, Miss Sylva Atkin, gowned in rose taffeta, taf-feta, and the groom's sister. Miss Alta Sorenson, who wore pink silk net over satin. Doyle Sorenson, cousin of the groom, was best man. Also in the receiving line were the parents of both bride , and groom, and the groom's brother, E. W. Sorenson. Guests were greeted at the door by Mrs. Leo G. Smith and John Atkin, aunt and uncle of the bride. |
