Show Funeral Services Being Held Today at 5 p.m. For Mrs. Daisy Horn, 59 Funeral services are being conducted con-ducted this (Thursday), Aug. 30, at 5 p.m., for Mrs. Daisy Cordelia I Horn, 59, who was killed in a car 'accident near Mesquite, Nev., on (Tuesday. Aug. 28, at 4 p.m., while on her way back from a short trip to Las Vegas. Bp. Byron H. Tay- lor of the Center ward is con-i con-i ducting the services. Bp. Andrew : McArthur and J. Lawrence Wads-worth Wads-worth are speakers. Born Sept. 18, 1885 in Alabama, !she was a daughter of J. M. and Alice Pike Woodley. The family 1 moved to Bosque, Texas, when she was a small child and she has ! since made her home in that i state. On Dec. 10, 1904, she mar-Iried mar-Iried W. M. Horn at Wellington, Tex. They were the parents of six 'children, all of whom are living, j Mrs. Horn came to St. George two months ago from Monohan, Tex., to visit her daughters, Mrs. j Clark Blake and Mrs. L. E. Reh-Iders, Reh-Iders, the latter having a young ' baby. She was returning from visiting vis-iting friends in Las Vegas when the accident occurred which cost her life. Surviving besides her husband, who lives at Willard, Utah, Mrs. Blake and Mrs. Rehders, and a son, Don C. Horn at St. George, are E. W. Horn of Monohan, Tex.; Mrs Floyd Rowe, Odessa, Tex., and Mrs. John R. Diffey of Shreveport, La., and several grandchildren. |
