Show Macscr 1 Eloise Alien Parker I New arrival joins family in Maeser The latest addition to Maeser is Garrett Gar-rett Venil Johnson born Aug. 22 weighing 4 lbs. 15 oz. He is the son of Eric and Lori Luck Johnson. He has a sister, Jennifer. His maternal grandmother, grand-mother, Dorothy Peltier, flew to San Francisco two weeks ago and returned with Lori and Jennifer bv Diane. Eric drove their car and brought their personal per-sonal belongings. Eric has been working for Bechtel Engineering for eight months through the BYU Co-op program. The paternal grandparents are President and Mrs. Venil Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Perry have a new granddaughter born July 8. She was about five weeks premature and weighed 5 lbs. 8''4 oz. She will be named Anna Michele. Her parents are Steve and Camile (Perry) Smith. Camile was a patient several times the past two months at the University of Utah Medical Center. They took the baby to Primary Children's Hospital for a checkup. Mother and daughter are both . at home now doing fine. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Donald H. Smith. Anna Michele has a great grandmother on the maternal mater-nal side, Mrs. Minnie Morrill of Roosevelt. Gaylynn and Lila Oaks have a new baby daughter born July 23. She weighed weigh-ed 8 lbs. oz. and will be named Kelly Ann. Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. S. Glen Oaks. Her maternal mater-nal grandparents are Mrs. Alice Firth and the late Herbert Firth of Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Harold McKee have a new granddaughter. Her parents are Danny and Mary Lou McKee. She weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and will be named Rakell Lyn. Her maternal grandparents grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. William Arnold Ar-nold of Roosevelt. Lyle and Sarah Glines had most of their family home recently. Clayton and Shirley Robinson of Magna, their son Creg and wife Margaret Kilpack; Charles Rae of Salt Lake City and Lowell of Vernal. Verle and his wife were unable to be here. The Roy and Norma Winters family reunion was held last weekend at the Wayne and Helen Collier home on 3250 West. Most of the families had camp trailers and parked them in the field around the Collier home. There were approximately 65 family members present. pre-sent. Most everyone arrived Friday. Saturday Satur-day night they had dinner and a program pro-gram at the Bicentennial Pavilion. Most of the families are from Salt Lake City or Pleasant Grove. Sunday was spent visiting and returning to their homes. Rodney Perry spent a week recently in Trinidad, Colo, attending a gunsmith school. J. Ferron Hacking has returned home from the Republic of China where he has been teaching the Chinese to braid with leather. Dale ('alder reported his mission in Maeser 2nd Ward recently.
