Feltch TURNER LUMBER COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, vs. TEX GINES, dba R & R FENCING, Defendant. WHEREAS, A Writ of Execution was issued April 1, 1982, directing the Sheriff of Uintah County to attach certain unexempt property of the Defendant; and, WHEREAS, a Judgment was entered on December 29, 1980, granting Plaintiff, Turner Lumber Company, Inc., Judgment in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-SIX DOLLARS and 74-100 ($864.74). Pursuant to Rule 64C(k),andRule69of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure and the Writ and Judgment entered herein, Notice is hereby given that the Sheriff of Uintah County, Utah will sell at a public sale on the front steps of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Utah, on May 10, 1982, at 2:00 p.m., the following described real property located in Uintah County. Utah, to-wit: to-wit: Beginning 52 rods South of the Center of Section 2. Township 5 South, Range 21 East.
