This year's celebration is being billed as a warm-u- p for next year's bicentennial bash, according to members of the Tremonton Planning and Development Board, who are organizing the activity. The day's schedule currently calls for a flag ceremony to begin the day at 7:30 a.m. at the North Park direction of under the the Garland National Guard Searchlight unit. A patriotic program has been arranged for 8 p.m. at the park with the fireworks taking over at 9 p.m. as dusk sets in.
