Show Planning Commission Sets the Agenda for Public Hearing The Pleasant Grove City Planning Plan-ning Commission will hold a meeting meet-ing on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Community Development Conference Room (enter on south side) 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah at 7 p.m. to hear the following items: Public Hearing; to consider the request of Robert Little for preliminary approval for a flag lot subdivision development, dividing divid-ing 1 .088-acres into two lots called Little Subdivision Plat A; located at 3154 North 1450 West, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. (MANILA (MA-NILA NEIGHBORHOOD) Public Hearing; to consider the request of Dennis Brooks for preliminary plat approval to divide di-vide 2.6 acres into four lots called Heritage Cove Plat A: located at approximately 2760 N. 900 W. in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone. (MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD). Public Hearing; to consider the request of Tracy Johnson for Conditional Use Permit approval to operate a payday and title loan as well as a gold purchasing store named, "Payday LLC" in Centennial Centenni-al Square, located at 238 S. State St. 8 in the CS (Commercial Sales) Zone. (STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD) NEIGH-BORHOOD) Public Hearing; to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City Staff, for the approval of an ordinance ordi-nance amendment of Chapter 10-19 10-19 Signs and Outdoor Advertising; adding exemptions for business signage, sig-nage, and extending timeframes for commercial banners; and creating three new theme districts for wall signage; and expanding the advertising adver-tising area for freestanding signage, for the purpose of creating greater visibility and advertising options for businesses in the City.
