Boice ; -Married in Recent Rites An outdoor wedding recently re-cently at the home of the groom's parents Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Boice united Miss Lola Maxine Lambeth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carrol Lambeth of Moab with Kennard Eric Boice, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald D. Boice in marriage in Farm-ington,- New Mexico. j The evening ceremony took place on the patio under un-der an archway of roses, with Elder Mario Webb of the LDS Church officiating. The bride wore a gown of white organza and Alencon lace with detachable train. Her illusion veil cascaded from a pearl tiara. Miss Lambeth carried a bouquet of white and orange carnations. carna-tions. H.er . maid of honor was Miss Linda Keck who wore a gown -of pale yellow organza and carried an orange long stemmed carnation with satin sat-in streamers. Robert Gates served as best man. Mrs. Lloyd Taylor played the wedding music, and was accompanied ' by Misses Janet, Joan, and Mary Kirby who sang the Hawaiian wedding song. The mother of the bride wore a Navy blue cotton lace dress and the Groom's mother mo-ther chose a two piece ensemble en-semble of aqua silk. Both mothers wore corsages of white carnations. A reception, recep-tion, was held immediately following the ceremony in the gardens of the Boice home. The orange and white color col-or scheme was carried out on the three tiered wedding cake with orange rosebuds and topped by a minature bride and groom. Cake, punch and nuts were served by Mrs. Merlene Boice and Mrs. Blanche Sego, Se-go, Aunts of the bridegroom. Others assisting with the reception re-ception were: Miss Roxanne " Boice, Mrs. Linda Tarno, Miss Joyce Ford and Mrs. Gloria Peters. The couple took a short honeymoon trip to Durango and Silverton, Colo. The groom is stationed with the U. S. Army at Fort Richer-son, Richer-son, in Anchorage, Alaska, where his new bride will join him. |
