Show Services Held Tuesday for town Winbourn Services were held Tuesday Tues-day for Mrs. Iown Cathryn Ulmer Winbourn, wife of James Winbourn of Moab. Mrs. Winbourn, who died Saturday morning at 12:50 of a lingering illness, was a well-known, long-time resident res-ident of Moab. She was born October 29, 1904 at St. LoTTis, Michigan to George L. and Harriet E. Hensel Ulmer. Her parents moved a short time later to Palisade, Colo, where her father fa-ther was a fruit rancher for many years. The deceased practiced chiropractry in the Grand Junction area for five or six years in the 1930's and became be-came well known there. She "married James Lewis Winbourn on Feb. 25, 1947 in Aztec, New Mexico, and has been a resident of Moab for a number of years. Her husband survives, as does one sister, Mrs. Harold Moatz of Clifton, Colorado. Services for Mrs. Winbourn Win-bourn were held Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the Moab Community Commun-ity Baptist Church with the Rev. Emil Balla officiating. |
