WHEREAS, by the result of a special election duly called and held in Springville City, State of Utah, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of September, Sep-tember, A. D., 1925, said City was authorized and empowered to issue and sell the following bonds: $00,000.00 Waterworks Bonds and $15,000.00 Light Bonds. AND, WHEREAS, the result of said election was declared by the City Council of said city, sitting as a board of canvassers, by resolution duly passed on the 2Sth day of September, A. D., 1925, and WHEREAS, Palmer Bond and Mortgage company, a Utah corporation, corpor-ation, has offered to purchase all of said bonds, paying therefor a price satisfactory to this council, with accrued interest from date of bonds to date of delivery thereof and n premium of .$475.00, which bid was the highest, best and most advantageous ad-vantageous to the City and which bid has, by resolution, been duly accepted by the City Council.
