Show Diamond-Knotts Wedding Event of March 23 An announcment of interest to their friends and relatives rela-tives is the marriage of Miss Louise Diamond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Diamond of this city, and Pfc. Law- ' rence D. Knotts, son of George Knotts of Spanish Fork. The marriage ceremony was performed Friday evening, March 28, at the home . of the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Cole-man Allred in Provo, with Erwin Sheffield, bishop of the Sixth ward, officiating. The double ring ceremony was witnessed by immediate family members with Hugh. Moore of Spanish Fork performing the du- j ties of best man. I The bride was charmingly at- tired in a light blue afternoon dress and she wore an orchid corsage. cor-sage. Immediately after the wedding, an informal wedding party was held for those witnessing the ceremony. cer-emony. The following evening, the couple cou-ple was honored with a party given giv-en by parents of the bride at their i home for members of the two families. fam-ilies. Thirty-three guests attended. attend-ed. Pfc. Knotts is to report for duty at New Orleans, La., Saturday, I and his bride will make her home , here for the present.
