Show MRS. MARY MINER FUNERAL SUNDAY Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted Sunday at 12 noon in the Second ward chapel, for Mrs. Mary Ann Roundy Miner, 75, who died Tuesday, at a hospital in Bakersfield, Calif.; following a long illness. Friends may call at the Miner residence, 1066 South Main before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery, under direction direc-tion of Claudin funeral home. Mrs. Miner had been in California Califor-nia since October, having gone there because of ill health. She was born in Springville, June 12, 1871, a daughter of Lorin H. and Martha Edmundson Roundy, Roun-dy, and with exception of a few years during her early, married life, when she resided in Eureka, she has made her home in this city. She was married to Abner D. Miner in the Salt Lake endowment house, Salt Lake City, January 9, 1889. He died a number of years ago. Mrs. Miner was an active members of the church and was a Relief Society teacher for a number of years. Survivors include seven sons and daughters, Mrs. Alda A. Pen-rod, Pen-rod, Mrs. Almeda Evans and Dee Miner, Springville; ' Lee Miner, Reno, Nev.; Mrs. Thelma Banks, Lorin and John Miner, Bakers-field, Bakers-field, Calif.; also 21 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Delbert Roundy, Maple-ton. |
