Show MIDWAY MEN MIRACULOUSLY ESCAPE DEATH Four Midway men had a miraculous mirac-ulous escape from death Saturday evening when the small roadster they were driving went over a 35-foot 35-foot embankment in Provo canyon and turned upside down in four feet of water in the Provo river. No one was severely injured. I Elmer Huber, who was driving tbe car, was pinned underneath the steering wheel, and would have drowned had not his companions removed him from the car. The others in tbe car were Roy Bigler, Lamont Epperson nnd "Bonnie" "Bon-nie" Bonner, all of Midway. The men were on their way to the Strawberry day festival at Pleasant Grove. At one of the sharp turns in the canyon about a mile from Olmstend the car went over the embankment. Three of the men crawled out of the car and assisted Hnler in getting out.
