Show INSPECTION OF UTAHCHERRIES The services of tbe joint Federal-State Federal-State Shipping Point Inspection service ser-vice will be available this season to. shippers of Utah cherries. The state department of agriculture, through its licensed inspectors, under un-der federal supervision, will make inspections of cnrlot shipments ot cberrls when requested to do so. The! purpose of this service is to provide nn Impartial, authoritative statement of quality, grade and condition con-dition at time of shipment and to furnish a reliable basis on1 which trading can be conducted and disputes dis-putes adjusted. It is expected that whenever possible pos-sible the shipper will grade his fruit to meet the requirements of the state grading rules. A certificate will be issued to the shipper on each car inspected, describing and certifying certi-fying quality, condition and grade. These certificates are receivable as prima facie evidence in nil courts of the United States nnd all Utah state courts. A fee of $4 is charged for each carlot inspected.
