Each class had a winner, and there were a variety of acts, from playing the piano to dancing and rapping. "There have been some interesting acts," said teacher Suzanne Aguero, "but it has been fun." (She is much nicer than Simon Cowell!) Above, Kristy Elmore and Cindy Bravo strike a pose. Brockbank Courtesy photos TRACK MEET: It was a fun week with two grades having their Hershey Track meets. The third grade meet was held Tuesday, May 5, 2009 and the fourth grade meet was held Thursday, May 7. Both grades did well, with several students placing in the top spots. All of the students worked hard getting ready for the meet and had a great time spending the day competing and enjoying the sun. Trever helps the students with their reading, learning centers, playing games and helps the students when they raise their hands and need help. The students love having Trever come and help in their class. Trever is the son of Lynn and Diane Leifson and has four brothers and three sisters-in-law. He is the uncle to four nephews and four nieces. Trever loves all sports! He said he likes basketball the best and has three favorite NBA teams: Utah Jazz, Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls; and one college team, the Dixie Rebels. His favorite player is Andrei Kirilenko of the Jazz. His favorite baseball team is the St. Louis Cardinals. Trever loves Sprite, peanut butter cups, watching movies and listening to his iPod. Some of his favorite movies are "Saridlot" and "High School Musical". Trever also likes to watch "America's Funniest Home Videos." His favorite songs are "God Bless the USA" and "I'm Proud to Be an American". Trever likes to help the community and works at Maceys.
