Show A IlKl.U'ATK HUH'Al. Ol'EHATIOS. On Tue-day Pr. Benedict removed a tumor from the temple of a child of Mr. William Coleman, le.-s than three yeais of age. The tumor uieatured two aud three tu rter inches in length, two and one nuaitcr wide, and one and three quarters in thickness, and was located directly over iho temple and extended down to the skull. U was of ixji'jroid character, aud of rare occurrence in that portion. A delicate deli-cate que.-tioo to be decided with refer-t refer-t ii. e to its removal, was whether it lay upon, or proceeded from tho coverings of the brain, thus penetrating the ,-kull. l'r. B. decided that it was en-tit en-tit ly disconnected from the brain, and this opinion was concurred in by Prs. Vullum, Fowler, Hamilton and Williamson, Wil-liamson, the three- last of whom, with Pr.
