Show A CampOut For the Sixth Infantry General McCook has made arrangements arrange-ments for the Sixth Infantry to camp out I one month from the 25th inst About 100 men will remain in charge of Fort Douglas while the others are away The designated camp is about twenty miles east of Wauship the nearest post office They will take light marches from here and carry knapsacks and a few necessary articles while an allowance of baggage will be hauled Some of the boys desire de-sire to take extra stuff and will probably procure a few private teams at their own expense which will give teamsters about the city a chance to get a job |
