Show j Robbed of His Hard Earned Savings. Uniontown, Pa., July 13. Intelligence Intelli-gence has been received here to-day that live masked burglars, heavily armed, entered the house of William Foster, in Franklin township, on Saturday, Sat-urday, and after binding and gagning Footer and his housekeeper, forced Foster to give up his savings of twenty years, amounting to over $ 1.500. The robbers, are believed to be members of the Cooly gam;; which has terrorized mountaineers in this county for several months. j Hurninsr of the Iuke of Anhnlt's Manor. I Berlin, July 13. The cables from Chili to-day state that a plan to capture the government torpedo cruisers, "Lynch" and "Condell" at Yalpariso, by bribing the crews, has been discovered by the government. The municipal munici-pal elections at Metz resulted in a choice of council composed of nine Germans and twenty-three protestants as agaiwst the German domination of Alsace-Lorraine.
