Chief Arthur, Ar-thur, of the Brotherhood of Engineers, came here to-day for the purpose of settling the grievance between the engineers en-gineers and the Kansas City Elevated road and Receiver Edgerton of the road. -The engineers object tJ the reduction ot wages from $2.75 to $2.47 per dav, and the discharge of seven engineers appointed as the grievance committee.
