Show High Priests Party Set For July 24 Tho time and place of the Timp-anogos Timp-anogos High Priests annual party is set for July 2-lth, at the Pleas-,nt Pleas-,nt Grove City Park, with commencement com-mencement at 7 P. M. by eating dinner. Thereafter a program, together to-gether with games and amusement. The program committee of Don Mack Dalton, Lyean Johnson and Niels Fugal is arranging for some fun. Every High Priest and wife and the wives of deceased High Priests are expected to come costumed as Utah Pioneers. Characterizations of Brigham Young, Wilford Woodruff, Wood-ruff, Orson Pratt, Erastus Snow and other pioneers will be made. A prize for the best impersonation, and for the best costume, both for ladeis and gents will be awarded. award-ed. Virginia Reels, Quadrilles, and also singing of pioneer songs will be enjoyed. Chairman Wilford Neves is working work-ing hard to make the occasion very pleasnt. He is assisted by President A. H. Lowe, Burton H. Adams and Don Mack Dalton of the High Priests Presidency. Edward Ed-ward Hardman, George School and Wren Tomlinson as refreshment refresh-ment committee is arranging for a real pioneer dinner. The miscellaneous committee composed of Win. Pierce of the 2nd Ward. Wren Tomlinson of the Lindon Ward. Lean Johnson of the First Ward. Georce Schoel of the Windsor Ward. Niels Fugal of the 3rd Ward, and Don Mack Dalton of Manilla are working hard to get a large, attendance and to make the occsion a memorable one. |
