Show Funeral Services To lie Held For Parilee II. Hayes Funeral services for Mrs. Parilee Brown Hayes, 83, who died at her home Monday at 3:35 p.m., 759 East Twenty first South St, Salt Lake City, of causes incident to age, will be conducted Friday at 12:30 p.m. in Lincoln ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints, 2005 South Ninth East. Friends may call at 124 South Fourth East Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday at the chapel from 12 noon until time of services. ser-vices. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery. Mrs. Hayes was born October 19,- 1863, in Pleasant Grove, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Crosby Brown. She married George Hayes in Pleasant Grove, April 28, 1886. The family moved to Silver City, Juab County in 1894, and Mrs. Hayes assisted in organizing Silver City ward and the ward Relief Society, of which she was president for some time. In 1902, the family came to Salt Lake, where Mrs. Hayes was an instructor in Sugar House ward organizations. Survivors include two sons and two daughters, Glen G. and R. B. Hayes, Mrs. CD. "Armstrong and Mrs. Rulon D .Horsley, Salt Lake, one brother and five sisters, Dr. John Z. Brown, Mrs. Amy Lyman and Mrs. Lydie Lund,, Salt .Lake; Mrs. Nettie Thorne and Mrs. Rose Hayes, Pleasant Grove and Mrs. Mollie Clar, Provo and 13 grandchildren. |
