Show Medical Unit Reports Work Progressing Nicely The work of the Medical unit has been going forward according to plans. Sargent Guy Hillman is now organizing a basketball team to stimulate stim-ulate higher interest in the work. An honorable discharge has been granted the following young men who have left Pleasant Grove for various reasons: Sargeant R. E. Mof. ett, moved away; Blaine Richards, attending the U. of U.; Paul Pack, at. tending the U. of U.; Harold Hard-man, Hard-man, employed at Bingham; Howard Ho-ward Nelson, employed at Bingham;; Dr. J. L. Huchel has received a three months furlough from duty. It 19 the policy of the National Guard to improve the time and talents of their members and to aid La boosting civlo affairs of the town. There is a pay roll of $700.00 every quarter, and the boys should hold twelve drills during dur-ing the quarter. |
