Show STUBBORN FIGHT "!H WOLFFDAMACE CASE A great deal of interest is apparently apparent-ly centered In the personal injury suit instituted by W. M. Woirf against the Union Pacific Railroad company, et al., now on trial before Judge W. W. Maughn In the district court. A Jury was secured in the case last night and testimony from half a dozen witnesses wit-nesses was adduced, today. The court room is crowded with witnesses wit-nesses on both sides and the array of counsel taking part in the proceedings indicates a stubborn fight on the part of all who are Interested, |
