Show One Of The Jensen Boys Weds Salt Lake GirlFri. RUSSELL - JENSEN With the formal announcement announce-ment of her engagement and forthcoming marriage, Miss Bonnie Russell, popular member of Salt Lake's young social set, has added her name to the lis. of March brides-elect. Miss Russell, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Russell of 2221 Fisher Lane, Salt Lake city, became the bride of Robert W. Jensen last Friday. The popula-couple popula-couple werewed in services performed" per-formed" in the'Salt Lake Temple f.nd received congratulations a a large evening reception which followed in the Rosecrest ward meetinghouse. The attractive Miss Russell named Miss Margaret Irvine as her maid of honor. Miss Joyc. Andrus, Miss Donna Sutton, Misr Adele-Chryst, Miss Ilene Mabey and Mrs. Kenneth W. Ingleby, r cousin to the young bride-to-be completed the bridal party. V. Lambert Jensen, brother to the bridegroom, assumed the duties of best man. Following their marriage the popular couple will make a home in Salt Lake city. Miss Russell is a former student stu-dent of the Brigham Young Uni versity, where she affiliated with Lambda Delta Sigma. Sha has been extensively entertained prior to her marriage. Mr. Jensen is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Jensen formerly of this city. He is a graduate of North Sanpete high school and is currently pursuing studies at the University of Utah where hehas membership with Delta Phi fraternity, (returned missionaries fraternity) He has completed an LDS mission to Norway. MOWER - ANDERSON Miss Thelma Mower and Don Anderson were married at the home of the groom in .Jphraim February 18 by Bishop Beck They left for a short honeymoon trip to Nevada in company with Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sevy who were married at the same time in a double ring ceremony. The new Mrs. Anderson is r daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Win ston Mower of Fairview and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs Wilford Anderson of Ephraim. An open-house reception was given for their daughter and husband by Mr. and Mrs. Mower Mow-er at their home Saturday even ing. The home was beautifully dec orated with sweet peas, daffodil; and pussy willows. The bride wore a box suit o1' beige with brown accessories Her corsage was of red rose? and white carnations. Mothers of the bride and groom haf" corsages of pink and white car nations. |
