Show Deaths Miss Julia Trauntvein died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Trauntvein, last Sunday morning June 15th, in this city. Miss Trauntvein had suffered very severely severe-ly ever since she drank lye in Fail-view Fail-view at the Tucker House, Saturday the 19th day of April. Her attending attend-ing physician did all that could be done to save her, but the end came at last. She was born in Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant May 22nd, 1S9G and was 17 years three weeks and three days old at the time of her death. Funeral services were held at the South Ward Meeting House on Tues day afternoon at 2 o'clock p. m. Brothers Peter Monsen and James M onsen were the speakers. Music was furnished by members of the choir. Alma Zabriskie, one of Mount Pleasant's earliest settlers, died at his home last Monday evening, June 1 J ' 16, after a short illness with dropsy. He was born in Indiana, August IS, 1S:J6, and came to Utah when a young boy. He married Margaret iTidwell and they have reared twehe children, six boys and six girls.
