Show DIED j . 1 We regret to report the death of the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Her-bert Tucker, who died last Wednesday, Wednes-day, having lived but five days. All i sympathy is with the bereaved parents, par-ents, j Mrs. Don P. Cram and baby Helen are visiting in Kanab with friends and relatives. The Missionary Society of the Community Com-munity Church met with Mrs. J. G. Scott on Thursday. The topic taken up at the meeting was "Siam." The next meeting will be with Mrs. L. C. Blades. The topic will be Syria and Persia. The roll call is to be respond-to respond-to with verses. The president and the governors of all of our forty-some odd states have set aside Thursday, Nov. 24th, the editor's birthday, as a state and national na-tional holiday. It's not often the eminent em-inent living are thus honored. Everybody goes to Hinckley on Thanksgiving Day to . take in the FOOTBALL GAME between the Delta Del-ta Hi and the M. A. boys. See the boys scrap it out. James Robison and J. S. Robison came over from Snake Valley with some alfalfa seed; they report crops there fair, with some good seed being grown. Delta is their market for this product. The potato has again come into its own. The price is now where a Delta Del-ta grocer can afford to stick one on the spout of a kerosene can. |
