Show A. C of U. Squibs At the meeting of the Commercial Club last Saturday N. Ralph Moore, editor of The Logan Republican, de-livered de-livered an addicss on "The Countiy Newspaper." In His discussion he de-lined de-lined what constitutes a country newspaper, news-paper, gave the approximate cost of establishing and miming such a plant, and told what the aveiagc subscriber expects of a countiy editor. The contentions a country editor has to meet wcio related in a humoious manner by the speaker, and he closed his speech by saying that for all of the "ups-and-downs" In newspaper life thoie-ls something veiy fascinating I about It.
