From Salt Lake, Mrs. Tn)lur and Mm. Dugall, from 1'iumi, Mrn Meukl.i nnd from American fork, Mis. Imrrunt. Mrs. Sarah Ians presided. This lady makes a very competent rfllccr and Mils such a position lu a graceful and dignified manner. Tho meeting wna opened nt 10 o'ejock according to the published program. Mies Mary Smith, thu munlc.il con ductorotthe association, l.i a genteel and ladyliko manner, mounted Iho Icador's stand, took the baton and led tho choir composed Italics in an able and graceful manner. Tho choir rendered some awect nnd checrfu singing, for which we can nlTord to gho tho singers and the leader n full croll, mark. Those who tool: part in the program rendered their parts, tongs, recitation', issa)s and instrumental selections in n most fitting nnd pleasing style. At 12 itik the mieilng adjourned utter which nil the young ladies of the association and the invited guests returned re-turned to the opera bouse where a delicious lunch was awaiting them.
