Show I 'age 10B, Lakehiil Review, April 8, 19B1 Chamber Gets Building Fees Increased - The cost extra New Leader per Zoning Hearings Set May 7 The City Council set two public hearings for May 7 and gave final approval to two subdivisions at its meeting last Thursday. A hearing was set on May 7 at 7:30 p.m. on a request to rezone an area called Raintree Community from its present R3 and C3 zones to R14 zone. The proposed zone is a residential zone which allows small lots and smaller side yards. The areas present LAYTON zone is commercial and multiple family residential. The area to be considered for rezoning is at the intersection of Phillips Street and the railroad tracks Apartment immediately west of units now exist on the property. The council also set a public hearing May 7 at 7:43 p.m. on a change in the city's conditional use ordinance which would set criteria for granting con use permits to assure their compatibility with surrounding property. The council approved plans for the Columbia Meadows condominium subdivision on the corner of Nayon and Jeff Streets.
