CLEARFIELD a satire of the series Dallas, will be presented at the Clearfield High School auditorium Friday and Saturday at 8 : p.m. The production is a melodrama performed by Clearfield High students Tickets for the event are $2 for adults and $1 for students. Pa Fleming, the father in a popr Texas family, is played ' by Phil Chandler. Ma Fleming is played by Patty Schoell. Sue Joann Mary Lou Fleming is played by Brenda Hodges. TR is played by Carl Cook. Horace Flenchwinster is played by Daren Barker. The production includes three songs written by Clearfield High graduate, Ray Cornia. In addition, to the REHEARSING for Clearfield High production are Brian Bates, Brenda Hodges and Cheryl Parry (from left). County Gets Loan Bid Fire Started In Dormitory - CLEARFIELD The Clearfield Police Department said an arson fire caused an estimated $40,000 damage to one of the dormitories at the Clearfield Job Corps Center Sunday afternoon. Lt. Charles Chadbourne said the fire was started in dormitory N, at 4: 45 p.m. after someone set some furniture on fire. Furniture cushions were slashed open, an accelerant was put on them, and set on fire, Chadbourne said. Davis County FARMINGTON received only one bid last week for a tax anticipation loan in 1981. The county advertised for $1.7 million in anticipation funding and Ludene Gibbons, Davis County auditor, said she had sent at least 15 letters to banks on the countys anticipation borrowing. The only bid received was from Zions First National Bank which bid percent interest rate for the short-ter- 9.13 borrowing. The county will pay back the $1.7 million in six and a half months, melodrama, the program will include solos, duets and trios from the Madres the .Clearfield choir. v Arts, Crafts Fair Planned LAYTON Students in all grades at E.G.
