Show Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, the information in-formation for bidders, the plans, specifications, and all other instruments comprising pertinent Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documemnts are now on file and open to public iaspection in the office of the City Engineer at 40 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The owner reserves the privilege of accepting or rejecting any and all bids or to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that Cdar, City Corporation, Cor-poration, Cedar City, Utah, will receive sealed bids up to 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of July, 1982, for the award of contract for the Gravel Crushing Project - 1982, in Cedar City, Utah. Work under this project includes crushing and delivering gravel as- required by Cedar City Corporation from July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983. Bids will be received in the office of the City Recorder, located in the City Offices in Cedar City, Utah, and will be opened and publicly read aloud al 6:30 p.m. in the City Council meeting on the same day. All bids musl be submitted in a sealed envelope. |
