Show LATE AUTUMN WEDDINGS. 1 ."V'.WMg . .V S -.5" - . " TVfcy? The Alexander home on East Fifth South was the scene of a quiet but beautiful home wedding 011 Thursday afternoon, when Miss LillianA. Alexander Alexan-der became the bride of Henri Jules Mailloux. The home was1 transformed into a bower of beauty by a profusion of carnations, crysantheniums and palms. ' The bride, who is one of Salt Lake's daintily pretty girls, was very lovely in an exquisite gown of white crepe du vhene over white taffeta. She was attended at-tended by Miss Mollie Alexander, a dainty little bridesmaid, wearing a pretty pret-ty gown of rose crepe du chene. After the ceremony, the Thanksgiving dinner din-ner followed, at which only the members mem-bers of the family were present, excepting ex-cepting Miss Etta Keisel of Ogden and Miss Nora Gleason, close friends of the family. The bride is a lovely girl, possessing possess-ing beautiful qualities of mind and heart that have ever endeared her to hosts of friends. She is a former pupil of St. Mary's academy o this city and of the Sacred Heart academy in Ogden. Mr. Mailloux is a well-known business busi-ness man of Kansas City, and a prominent promi-nent Elk, belonging to the Salt Lake lodge. Mr. and Mrs. Mailloux left. on Friday for St. Louis and the south, af'er which they will reside in Kansas City. The best wishes of a legion of friends will follow Mr. Mailloux and his lovely winsome win-some bride. BAIN-DONA VON. The marriage of Miss Lillian Bain of this city and Frank C. Dcnovan of Provo Pro-vo took place last Sunday. Mrs. Emma Em-ma Gallagher and Karl Schmidth were the witnesses'. Rev. Father Deneaf performed per-formed the ceremony. The bride was a popular school teacher in the city-schools, city-schools, and Mr.-Donovan- has a large circle of friends in this city and Provo. Pro-vo. The best wishes of many friends will follow Mr. and Mrs. Donovan in their new life. |
