Show Obituary. Mrs. Elizabeth Curtail, wife of Cornelius Cor-nelius Curtan. a prominetn-eitizen of. Denver, died last Snndav at ih fr.rv.iu- residence. 2228 Julian street. Deceased-had Deceased-had been a sufferer for many years, in fact, it was in hope of benefiting her health that the family moved here from Leavenworth. Kan., over twelve years ago. All thai medical skill, and loving ministration could accomplish was done, but it only served to prolong her life. She never entertained a hope, of recovery, but longed and prayed to be spared to see her children grown. Her Prayer was heard and hep deathbed was surrounded by her five children, i all of whom had reached ' maturity Three sisters Mrs. Doughertv. Mr's j Shea and Mrs. Hurley, all of Leaven-I worth arrived in time to see her before i she passed away. After a lingering illness so bravely and patiently borne as to endear him to all who knew him, Mr. Emil P. Hensgen passed to his eternal rest on Saturday. This is the second time within the ye-ar that the angel of death has entered en-tered the Hensgen family a brother of the deceased having died in the early spring and much sympathy, is expressed ex-pressed for the bereaved ones in this their latest afflict ion. Xov. 2. was laid to rest in Mt. Calvary cemetery last Monday. Mr. Scanlan and his wife had resided in Denver twenty-five years,' coming here from Ireland. William J. Xester of 023 Eishth street died Xov. 4. and was buried last' Tuesday from St. Leo's church, where reouiem mass was' said by Rev.' Father O'Ryan. Interment was in Mt.
