Miss Mary Sullivan of Butte and Mr. Denis Sullivan of this place were married mar-ried last Tuesday at Salt Lake by Bishop Bish-op Scanlan. The many friends of Rev. Father Murphy, vice president of All Hallows college, regret to learn that he is down with typhoid fever and confined to his room at Holy Cross hospital. Mrs. Henry Welsh is visiting Mrs. James Ivers in the city. Maggie Terry, the bright little daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. William Terry, Is confined to .her home this week, but hopes are entertained that she will be able to attend school next week. - $ Mrs. P. J. Kelly and three children, Miss Lulu and Masters James and Stewart, are visiting relatives in Salt Lake this week. Mr. Thomas Hickey, wife and son spent a few days in Salt Lake last week. They returned Sunday morning. After spending a week visiting relatives rela-tives in Eureka. Mrs. Dan McPolin returned re-turned home Tuesday morning. Mrs. John McSorley and daughter, Mrs. M. J. McGill, went down to Salt Lake Saturday. They expect 'to remain re-main in the city for ten days. Rev. Father Galligan left for Salt Lake Monday afternoon and returned Tuesday morning. Mr. Henry Walsh spent a few days in Salt Lake last week. Mrs. William McSarley was a visitor to Salt Lake Monday. Mr. William McSarley is pleasantly located in his neat little home at the Anchor mine. The two children of ex-Sheriff Harrington, Har-rington, who were reported ill with typhoid fever last week, are convalescing. convales-cing. EUREKA, UTAH. Eureka Reporter: Mrs. Pat Quinn and son Thomas returned from Park City Monday night after attending the funeral of the late James Coffey. $- Mrs. Jackson McChrystal went to Salt Lake yesterday to attend the funeral of the late Mrs. F. J. McEllery. Mrs. Dan McPolin of Park City was called to Eureka this week by the serious se-rious illnes sof her sister, Mrs. Annie Clark. Mrs. Dennis Sullivan and three youngest children and Mrs. Frank Beesley spent the greater part of the week at Salt Lake City. - Mrs. Pat Shea and son Eddie and Mrs. Shea's mother, Mrs. John B. Cronin. Cro-nin. were in Salt Lake Tuesday. Pat Clark was in Eureka the early part of the week as the guest, of his uncle, the Rev. Father O'Donohoe. Mr. Clark is a well known business man of Park City. EUREKA, NEV. Austin Reveille: Mr. and Mrs. Emil Walti of McCloskey creek. Eureka county, are paying a visit to Mr. and Mrs. P. Walsh of Reese river. Mrs. Walti is a sister to Mr. Walsh and Mrs. P. Martin. Attorney George A. Bartlett returned home with his wife Saturday from To-nopah, To-nopah, where Mrs. Bartlett had been spending the past month. Mr. Bartlett Bart-lett expects to return to Tonopah early next week. BISHOP INJURED. Lacrosse. Wis.. Oct. 14. Bishop James Sehwebach of the Lacrosse diocese of the Catholic church was serlouslv injured in a runaway accident at Casspt.
