Ravalli Council has just '.vound up the prosperous period in the seven years of its existence. The council i rests on a sound basis both, financially and fraternally and the members, one and all, expect the coming year to equal if. not exceed the splendid record of the one just past. At the last meeting there j were two applications for active mem bership, and the following new mongers mon-gers were initiated: P. J. Cooney, I James P. Shea and Michael G. O'Con- II rei'l. Matters are now so arranged that there Is. every assurance that the distinguished dis-tinguished clergyman will accept the Invitation and deliver one or perhaps ir.ore lectures in Butte. The coming of Father Yorke, no "doubt will give a fresh impetus to Y. I M. I. affairs in this section, and at the I same time the citizen of Butte will be " afforded the opportunity of hearing one I of the most eloquent speakers in the J Uni'ied States. |
